REFUND POLICY

At Box Alarm Leather, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, our refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our products.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned for refund

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement

  • If production has started, cancellation is not possible

  • Spelling errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If you receive an item with:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Quality issues

  • Incorrect customization (different from your specified order)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will:

  • Review your claim with photos of the issue

  • Repair or replace the item at our discretion

  • Cover return shipping costs for verified defects

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

For standard, non-customized items:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging required

  • Return shipping costs are customer responsibility

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

  • Processing time for refunds: 5-7 business days

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges offered for size issues on non-custom items only

  • Customer responsible for return shipping

  • We cover shipping for replacement item

  • Must be initiated within 14 days of receipt

WARRANTY

All Box Alarm Leather products include:

  • 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Normal wear and tear not covered

  • Improper use or care voids warranty

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Contact us with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Detailed description of the problem

  2. Wait for our response with instructions

  3. Follow provided return instructions if applicable

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Custom-made items unless defective

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Items modified or altered after receipt

  • Items without proof of purchase
