Made from the "shoulder" of the cow, these hand-crafted heavy duty straps will last years and years. After we strap the leather, we crease the borders and bevel the edges for aesthetics and comfort. We quadruple rivet the hardware on for guaranteed strength. Two leather mic loops are also quadruple riveted to the front. Many firefighters use one loop for their radio mic and the other loop to connect a small tool, phone or other device.
The text and images utilize a state of the art printing technique called "Direct to Film". This "Direct to Film" print is then heat transferred and embedded, or melted, into the haircell print of the leather for a permanent emage that is fade-resistant, can accomocate any color combination, and allows for complex, detailed images and logos.
